Reporting to the owner and CEO, as Education Director, I was accountable for 30%20 foreign teachers across 10 centres (including franchises). As part of these duties, I was also responsible for R&D, Marketing, and Training Departments. I Collaborated with Chinese English Teachers/Managers to ensure effective inter-departmental communication and the promotion of consistency within each establishment. This was effective in reducing friction caused by language barriers
