Hello! My name is Małgorzata, I am 24 years old, come from Poland and currently I am looking for a fulltime teaching job in Shenzhen. My mother tounge is Polish, but I can also speak German (fluent), English (good written and spoken) and Chinese (communicative, HSK III).

I finished German Studies, which involved a great deal of effort, independent research and required strong communication skills. Besides, achieving a Master in German Studies gave me the opportunity to improve my English to a high level and boost my creativity . Throughout my Bachelor's Degree I made a teaching specialization, which prepared me to work as a teacher. Courses such as theory of teaching, methodology, pedagogy, psychology etc. helped me to develop an extensive knowledge of effective teaching practices and improved my pedagogical qualifications. Additionally, I have obtained a lot of experience by working as an intern at various primary schools ( children aged 5-12) , where I was supposed to plan and prepare German and English classes according to student’s needs and language level. Conducting pedagogical observation increased my understanding of student’s needs, classroom social relations and helped me to build a positive teacher-student relationship. By doing those internships I am clearly aware of the struggles students need to go through during their learning process, and the importance and the responsibility that a teacher should sincerely take.

During my bachelor’s studies within the framework of the Erasmus programme I got a precious chance, as one of the best students, to study in Berlin-capital of Germany. Thanks to this experience I increased my knowledge about teaching techniques as well as my language skills.

Furthermore I achieved an extensive work experience in office environments through working as an administrative support for an American insurance company- XL Catlin and one of the world’s largest financial institutions- UBS, where I was responsible for document administration and data organizing among others. The chance to work for those companies gave me an opportunity to learn new skills, work with people from different countries and enhance my organization and interpersonal skills to a higher level.

I am a very positive, open-minded, understanding and empathetic person, who loves to work with children. I am also conscientious, focused on cultural diversity, and always feel comfortable to communicate in foreign languages.
