In the Spring of 2005, after graduating from Pittsburg State University, in Pittsburg Kansas. I went to the Philippines, to Volunteer as a high school; English and Computer Science teacher.

My experience as a United States Peace Corps volunteer, was extremely rewarding and character building. I was stationed in one of the Philippines most remote areas, assigned to teach; Computer Science and ICT in Eastern Samar. In 2006, after a competitive application process, I was sworn in….

Following Peace Corps service, I have been traveling Asia, teaching English in such places as; Seoul, South Korea, and Shanghai PRC. I have also gained experience working in international customer service, of export handbags. I really enjoyed working in Shanghai, China for the past three years, and studying Chinese.
