Oversee all secondary teachers, observe, manage, and evaluate their performance. Oversee all curriculum, students, discipline, and parent relations. Currently, oversee 12 foreign teachers and 86 students. All students are foreign and will be attending American or British Universities. We use an O Level curriculum, which is British based. Also, I am currently over the Merit Teams (in house teams that compete against each other). Since coming to the school, I have helped redesign the curriculum and all policies and procedure. Implemented a Student Handbook and Faculty Handbook, along with numerous procedural documents and policies. Also, within the school, I teach English Grades 8 and 6.
