·Perform training classes on a weekly basis with each foreign teacher about various teaching methodologies and skills practice to better increase teaching performance.
·Partner with management to create learning plans, events, proper staffing procedures, and how to enrich the learning environment.
·Create customized training plans using material from a variety of different resources in order to benefit each teacher the most and properly assist them to reach their fullest potential.
·Create and manage all teacher scheduling and class booking for all the foreign teachers.
·Find, recruit, interview, hire, and manage all foreign teachers for two school locations
·In charge of all visa processing and paperwork for all foreign teachers.
·Plan, prepare, and host monthly extracurricular activities/events for the school.
·Build a new learning environment for students and adapt teachers to the environment.
